Another side of Hong Kong

rain 24 °C

I've been to HK for a few times, as it is not far from Guangzhou, the city I live in.

In my impression, HK is a very noisy city, buidings are high and narrow, streets without trees. Anyway, it is a shopper paradise, so I still love to go there a few times a year.

During the lunar year of China, I went there for shopping, and this time the city gave me another impression.

As usual, I went directly to the shopping mall Festival Walk, which is by the Kowloon Tong train station(I'm not sure of the spelling). It happened that I went through the wrong exit. And I found that the district of Kowloon Tong was very very quiet. From the street, I could see flowers and plants in the yards. There are international schools and kindergartens on both sides of the road (I forgot its name), so I think there live some rich people.

For people who want to relax a while in busy Hong Kong, I think it is a right place to go.
